The number of Tent Heating or Cooling fans are dependant on the size of your tent. Please contact an Event Consultant for availability. Some Heating/Cooling devices have limited availability, so please allow us a 2 week window prior to your event to finalize all Heating/Cooling orders and requests.

Our Tent Barrels come with the option of being pre-filled or empty. If you would like us to fill them on-site, you MUST provide a hose with running water that extends up to where the barrels will be set. Moving the barrels after being filled incurs an extra fee. Please contact an Event Consultant with questions or for availability.
